February 12, 2018 – An indigenous Maya Q'eqchi woman waits outside the community center while mobile health clinic visits patients, in a community near El Estor, in the Polochic Valley, Guatemala. The community is divided between villagers who want to work for a palm oil and banana company, and those that are trying to fight it for rights to more land.
